At Gale Winds we held the line against the rising tide of displacement. By acquiring and rehabilitating this Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) complex, we stepped in to protect 18 households who were on the brink of losing their homes to skyrocketing rents and market pressures.

This project is a victory for community preservation. We ensured that our neighbors, with deep roots in the area, could stay right where they belong, surrounded by their schools, jobs, and support networks. Every repaired unit is a promise kept: a commitment that long-time residents will not be pushed out simply because the neighborhood is changing.
