Supply Needs

Support Avenue with donations of cleaning supplies, shelf-stable foods, school supplies and more.

These items are needed during times when budgets are stretched more than usual, like back-to-school season and the holidays. Additionally, these supplies also help our team deliver quality programs to residents.

How to help:
  • Purchase items on your next shopping trip
  • Host a drive with your company, club or organization
  • Deliver items to Avenue Center (3517 Irvington Blvd., 3rd floor, 77009) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (mark bag/box with the program the items are for)
  • Or shop our Walmart or Amazon Wishlists and send items directly to Avenue!

PRIORITY NEEDS

Kids Club & Camp Avenue

Year-Round

Our Kids Club give the children and youth living at Avenue apartments a free, safe place to go during out-of-school times. Camp Avenue is held for a week during spring break and summer, giving young Avenue residents a great in-house camp experience!

Back to School Drive

June 1 – July 15

Avenue partners with local groups to host Back to School events. We distribute backpacks and schools supplies so children can start the school year ready to learn!

ONGOING NEEDS

Food, Toiletries & Cleaning Supplies

Year-Round

These items are added to our monthly Pop-Up Grocery events and help residents of Avenue apartment homes fully stock their pantries and stretch their budgets.

Winter Holiday Drive

October 1 – December 1

Support Avenue residents at the end of the year with donations of warm blankets, gifts and food items to prepare a holiday meal. These items are given to families during holiday celebration events at Avenue apartment communities.
