Single Family Rental Homes

Avenue owns and manages over 30 additional rental units, most of which are in renovated historic buildings in the First Ward, Sixth Ward, and Near Northside. Rentals range in size from studio units in small apartment complexes to three-bedroom detached homes, and all are rented at affordable rates to qualified renters. Call for rental locations.
