On Tuesday, October 29, we celebrated the opening of our Fulton + James, our newest development of 4 homes for rent. About 50 guests heard remarks from CEO Mary Lawler, Ryan Bibbs, Deputy Assistant Director of Multi-Family with City of Houston Housing and Development Department, and Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia. Also represented at the event were Senator Carol Alvarado’s Office and NeighborWorks America.

With a location in the Near Northside, these homes are near transit lines and walking distance from retail, schools, resources and places of worship. The homes are all single-family 3-bedroom houses, with modern details, off-street parking, and small fenced backyards.
